4 Focus Pillars To Ease Your Way Through Menopause

Introducing Claire Thomas

Claire is a registered Nutritional Therapist and NLP coach with a mission to empower you to look after yourself and enjoy life by making personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes.

She was working as a children’s nurse when she developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME in 2012. Claire was told she would never recover, and the only options available to her were anti-depressants and graded exercise therapy. As a Christian, she knew that God could heal, but felt lost the middle ground of how she could support herself in the waiting.  After a friend gave her a book that combined nutrition, mindset and faith that supported her recovery, it sparked a desire to want to help others do the same. 

There were many ideas of how Claire felt she could do this, but it wasn’t until 2019, a year after she was healed from her Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, that a now or never moment occurred and an opportunity came about to leave the NHS to go back to university and retrain as a nutritional therapist. 

Claire graduated in 2022 with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personalised Nutrition and launched the business Nourish to Soar in August 2022 bringing together the concept of nutrition and mindset to nourish body, mind and spirit.
