Introducing Nada Soubra

Nada Soubra is a Certified Health Coach focused on empowering busy working parents to lay the foundations of a long and healthy life, free of chronic diseases. She focuses on effective and hassle-free nutrition and lifestyle tweaks that fit into busy schedules.

She founded The Healthy Chain, a health coaching practice, after a brush with cancer, which made her pivot away from her corporate career track. Nada is based in London, where she lives with her husband and three little children.
